Nolan is the Swiss army knife of Modern Mechanical. While he wears many hats around the company, he leads the charge in our industry outreach, connecting with hundreds of rink owners, managers and operations specialists across the country. James (or Jimmy if you choose) has been with the company since inception and will assist you with accounts billable and accounts payable. Jimmy has run the books for multiple companies and is known for his love of fantasy sports, video games and golf.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, the last 15 specializing in ice rink construction. Mike's passion lies in delivering to our customers an amazing product and experience by developing the best ice rink construction team in the industry.

Justin Montzka - Senior Project Manager
Justin brings many years of experience as a PM in the construction world. His expertise and get it done attitude are what makes him a great addition to the Modern Mechanical team! He will be a main point of contact on many of our projects.

Toby Lopez - Assistant Project Manager
Toby is the newest member of the Modern Mechanical crew. He brings a strong organizational skills and knowledge of what it takes to have a successful project. He will be assisting our Project Managers as we continue to grow and add more projects to our plate.

Jake Tracy - Mechanical Start-Up Manager
Jake has been with Modern Mechanical coming up on 5 years. With a hockey background, Jake is a natural fit with Modern Mechanical. He assists with chiller start ups and in many other aspects of chiller and floor production.

Adam joins our crew on the accounting team to assist Jimmy in all things accounting. He attention to detail and persistence help keep everyone around the office in check and on task. When Adam isn’t in the office, he enjoys time with his wife and son and time on the baseball field as a coach!
